The rent for the cottage is £400 - £600 p.w. depending on the time of year (see Availability).

A £100, non-returnable deposit is requested with written confirmation of booking. The balance is due one month before the let commences. A £100 security deposit is retained until the key has been returned and it has been confirmed that the cottage has been left in good order.

  • Smoking is not allowed in the cottage
  • The cottage sleeps a maximum of six persons of whatever age.
  • Visitors are required to leave the cottage clean and tidy.
  • Visitors must inform us of any breakages and be responsible for any damage they may cause to the property.
  • Lets start at 3.30 pm and the cottage should be vacated by 10.30 a.m. to allow time for the cottage to be serviced.
  • Pets are not normally allowed.
